Assessment Certification and Verification Procedures

The Assessment, Certification & Verification procedures describe how RIYAADA will ensure assessments are conducted fairly, reliably and securely, and how authentic learning evidence is obtained and confirmed.

The procedures detail the assessment and certification life cycle from the initial design and approval of assessments, learner identity verification, assessment completion and marking, moderation through to award verification. Requirements for certificate issue and digital credential creation, including unique credential IDs and secure verification through authorised institutional channels, are also outlined.

Re-assessment, appeals process, recognition of prior learning, and credential amendment (including correction, replacement and revocation) if necessary are all considered, as well as the secure maintenance of academic records, assessment evidence and award credential data.
