RIYAADA Institute for Leadership & Governance’s flagship Executive Leadership & Governance and Strategic Management programme brings together nine executive courses designed to strengthen leadership, governance, policy, public administration, institutional transformation and strategic management capabilities. Developed for leaders across government, business, academia, civil society and the development sector, the programme is particularly contextualised to Somalia, the Horn of Africa and other fragile and transitioning environments.

Its learning approach combines experiential projects, simulations, executive coaching, peer exchange and workplace application, enabling participants to connect leadership concepts with real institutional challenges.

Structured around RIYAADA’s LEADER, MANAGER, DIRECTOR and LEADERSHIP frameworks, the programme develops competencies including strategic thinking, communication, emotional intelligence, decision-making, adaptability, developing people, integrity and accountability.
